Relaunching a Regional Hero Nor-Folk.

The Challenge

Nor-Folk. was an established design-led lifestyle brand with a strong identity rooted in Norfolk. Following an acquisition, the brand needed a fresh marketing direction to relaunch from a standing start – driving both online and in-store sales while retaining its creative heritage.

The Objective

  • Launch a new, fully functional ecommerce website.

  • Formalise paid media, email marketing, and content creation as part of the marketing mix.

  • Experiment with creative execution while building a consistent brand platform.

Website Relaunch

  • Implemented an ecommerce solution to bring Nor-Folk back online.

  • Developed site architecture, navigation, and all landing page copy.

  • Directed and organised photography shoots to create a strong visual identity.

  • Populated the site with content and imagery to generate the brand’s first sales since relaunch.

Paid Media & Content

  • Created bespoke paid media assets aligned with seasonality and brand philosophy.

  • Produced video with clear, simple, product messaging.

Email Marketing

  • Built out data capture points with opt-in forms and widgets.

  • Designed and launched automated email journeys in Klaviyo (via Stripo), including welcome flows and abandon cart recovery.

  • Defined a content strategy and wrote copy to nurture new customers.

Influencer Partnerships

  • Onboarded a mix of local and national influencers (10k–250k followers) through gifting relationships.

  • Managed influencer communications, content reviews, and alignment with brand messaging.

Brand Development

  • Owned the creative briefing process and ongoing brand direction.

  • Expanded the visual toolkit – palette, illustration, and typography – to broaden appeal while retaining Nor-Folk.’s distinctive design-led core.
