Holray is a family-run Norfolk business. The Holray System provides simple and smooth booking for clients in the hire boat, holiday park and cottage rental industries.
The Holray System manages all aspects of a client’s rental unit. This includes marketing, reporting, holiday availability, bookings and sales – all in one place. So, clients can spend more time focusing on maximising occupancy.
First, we ran an insightful discovery session. This helped both us and Holray understand who they are, who they sell to, and how they sell their services.
To get to know Holray better, we met with the team and delved deeper into their ‘why’: what the Holray story is, what their mission is, and what challenges/opportunities they face.
We then used our discoveries to run some diagnostics – suggesting a succinct strategy that Holray could implement to achieve their goals.
Following the discovery phase, we worked on a holistic marketing strategy for The Holray System. We identified marketing channels to put to good use, as well as offering guidance on creating a consistent and confident brand personality.
Our ideas ranged from social media and planning suggestions, to new ways that Holray could engage with their existing community. We encouraged them to use analytics, which helps to measure results and execute new ideas.
